For all our scheduled tours, pickup usually takes place between 8:00 and 8:30 am. We kindly ask you to be ready at your pickup location at 8:00 am.

- Your Golden Circle tour is approx. 8 hours, so we will be back in the city between 16:00 and 16:30.

- Your Golden Circle Secret Lagoon tour is approx. 9 hours, so we will be back in Reykjavík between 17:00 and 17:30.

- Your South Coast tour is approx. 10 hours, so we will be back in Reykjavík between 18:00 and 18:30. 

- Your Snæfellsnes & Kirkjufell tour is approx. 11 hours, so we will be back in Reykjavík between 19:00 and 19:30.

There are many areas in Reykjavík where buses are restricted so we only pick up from selected hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavík. If you are staying close to Reykjavík you can take the local bus to the main bus station HLEMMUR. Right next to it you will find Bus Stop #10, we can pick you up from there. No, we don't do it in our regular pickup. If you want a private transfer from the airport to your hotel, drop us a line and we will send you a quote.

No, our lunch breaks in the Golden Circle tours are in the Geysir area - there are a couple of very nice restaurants there. On the South Coast tour, the lunch break is in Reynisfjara. There is no guaranteed lunch break on the Snæfellsnes & Kirkjufell tour.

Your smile. But be dressed for the weather, it is Iceland after all. If it's rainy bring your raincoat. Hiking boots are not necessary but if you have them feel free to wear them.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any special treats for vegans. Our small treat does contain dairy. For both vegans and vegetarians, there are viable options at both Geysir and Reynisfjara, where we break for lunch at the Golden Circles and South Coast tours, respectively.

Cancellations by customers have to be made with 24-hour notice (8:00 am the day before the tour) or no refund will be given. If Your Day Tours cancels a tour due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances customers receive a full refund. All cancellations need to be made via email or confirmed with us over the phone.

Unfortunately, we do not operate Northern Lights tours. However, during the winter season, we can arrange for you a private hunt for the lights. Please drop us a line for further enquiries.

We kindly ask you to be ready to board the bus at 8:00 am. The driver decided on the order of the pickup. Therefore, to give you more time for sightseeing during the day we need to you be ready to board the bus on time.

Yes, the age limit is 5 years old. If you are travelling with a child, please let us know so we can arrange a booster or childseat.
